MBB University Admission
Maharaja Bir Bikram University, Agartala invites online applications from applicants who have valid scores in the concerned subject and chosen MBB University in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) – PG conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to M.A. in English, M.A. in Political Science, M.Sc. in Mathematics, Master of Library & Information Science and Bachelor of Library & Information Science programmes for the academic session 2026-2027. MBB University Admission Qualification
- M.A. in English: Candidates who have graduated either with Honours in English OR have graduated with English as an Elective subject at the graduation level from any recognized University under 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent system of education are are eligible to apply for Admission. The candidates who have either appeared or are appearing in the final semester examination with Honours Course in English or Elective Course in English at the graduation level can also apply for Admission.
- M.A. in Political Science: Candidates who have graduated either with Honours in Political Science OR have graduated with Political Science as an Elective subject at the graduation level from any recognized University under 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent system of education are eligible to apply for Admission. The candidates who have either appeared or are appearing in the final semester examination with Honours Course in Political Science or Elective Course in Political Science at the graduation level can also apply for Admission.
- M. Sc. in Mathematics: Candidates who have graduated either with Honours in Mathematics OR have graduated with Mathematics as an Elective subject at the graduation level from any recognized University under 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent system of education are eligible to apply for Admission. The candidates who have either appeared or are appearing in the final semester examination with Honours Course in Mathematics or Elective Course in Mathematics at the graduation level can also apply for Admission.
- Master of Library and Information Science: Candidates who have successfully completed Bachelor of Library and Information Science from any recognized University are eligible to apply for Admission. The candidates who have either appeared or are appearing in the final semester examination in Bachelor of Library & Information Science can also apply for Admission.
- Bachelor of Library and Information Science: Candidates having Bachelor degree in any discipline from any recognized University are eligible to apply for Admission. The candidates who have appeared in the final semester examination at Bachelor degree level can also apply for Admission.

- CUET (PG)-2026 Score Card
- One recent passport-size photograph
- Matriculation Examination Admit Card (for age verification)
- Matriculation Marksheet (both sides)
- Higher Secondary Marksheet (both sides)
- Bachelor’s Degree Marksheets (both sides of all semesters) issued by a UGC-recognized University or Institution (Not required for BBA applicants)
- SC/ST/PWD Certificate (if applicable), issued by the competent authority
- Proof of Nationality
